Need an urgent letter signed by a driver who is out on the road or home for the day? MyTruckMate now includes feature that allows you to create document/letter templates that can be sent to your drivers at the click of a button. The document will automatically have the name of the driver in it.
The driver will receive a text message and/or email that they have a document waiting that needs to be signed. The driver can click the link in the message, or scan a QR code to access the the letter for viewing and signing. Drivers can easily sign the document with their finger right on their phone.
Once the document is signed, you will instantly be notified and can forward it to another party or save as needed.
